Dell: The 21.5-inch Dell ST2220T is a multitouch monitor sporting a fabulous IPS LCD. The pixel format is 1920×1080. The stand can be tilted forward, backward, and most importantly completely flat. Technical specifications:
The ST2220T isn’t quite portable, but if you want to multitouch your monitor like a tablet the ST2220T is the best thing going. I haven’t played with the ST2220T, but don’t expect the multitouch experience to be similar to an iPad. Optical touch technology isn’t as precise as capacitive, but applying capacitive touch to a big monitor is difficult. Priced at $309.99.
