		<description>Of course in America the price is unsatisfactory: even if you bring your own phone, your data plan is still priced the same as any other phone that has the price of the phone built into the plan. Outside of the US, either they&#039;d subsidize the phone or charge your plan less (in Hong Kong where I am now, both). Of course, people living the in USA could hardly care less about what plans are available outside their geographic area, but it&#039;s useful to keep in mind when comparatively pricing devices.</description>
