2048 x 1152. Looks odd, doesn’t it? But look a bit closer and it’s genius. 2048 is double 1024. And 1024 is the width that most websites use. If you want to work on Web 2.0 stuff and need two browser windows open, 2048 is perfect! I’m very tempted to jump on this even though I have 24″ LCD monitors.
The problem with 1920 x 1080 is that if you divide 1920 by 2, you get 960. That’s just a bit less than 1024. When I surf with two browser windows open I have to scroll horizontally, albeit just a bit. And that just a bit is what bothers me. The 2343BWX can alleviate so much stress. I have to have it!
The 2343BWX from Samsung tells you that those guys are thinking outside the box. And willing to spend considerable money developing a product that is unique and serves a need that many consumers need. I need!
For just $219.99 at Buy.com with free shipping the 2343BWX is an excellent deal!
