OCZ Technology is jumping into the network market. But it’s not just any old netbook; it’s whatever you want it to be! The Neutrino will sport a 10.1″ TFT LCD with a 1024 x 600 pixel format. The backlight is of course LED. The chipset is Intel’s 945GSE and the CPU is Intel’s Atom N270 running at 1.6GHz. There’s a 1.3MP webcam, WiFi and a 2-cell battery.
So where’s the DIY part? The DIY parts are: hard drive, RAM, multcard reader, and OS. The price of $269 sounds kind of expensive considering you have to add all of these components. For instance, you could get a bone stock Inspiron Mini 10 for just $399.
