Olevia’s 242T is a 42″ LCD TV that has two things going for it: a ton of connections and a rock-bottom price. First connections: 2 HDMI with HDCP, 2 S-Video, 3 Component, 2 Composite and 1 VGA. That’s quite a bit. And then there’s the price: $799. Sure you don’t get 1080p capability, an out-of-this-world dynamic contrast ratio, or super fast response times, but come on, what do you expect when all you’re asked to pay is $799 for a 42″ LCD TV?
