NotebookReview → Engadget: Kevin O’Brien over at NotebookReview was able to sneak install wPrime on the Toshiba A300 notebook PC at Computex 2008 and test its metal. Toshiba’s A300 is a 15.4″ TFT LCD sporting a 1280×800 pixel format. The benchmark results? wPrime 32M time of 38.437 seconds, a bit slower than the A305D (2.2GHz Turion X2 TL-64). The fastest one on the list at NotebookReview is Toshiba’s own A305 with a 2.1GHz Core 2 Duo T8100 with a 36.44 second wPrime 32M time.
